USC is just a hot messy mess all around. Is Tuaniga really better than Lázaro?

What’s up with several bad calls going against USC early? Is the referee cheering for Washington? What calls? Edit: I agree the lift call was tight. Other than that, I am not sure what other calls were questionable. The replay on the ball called out was the 'right' call, but it certainly screwed USC out of getting what should have been a free ball for them.

The rules state her entire foot needs to go past the line AND she needs to interfere. Her hands went over, not her feet.

Sigh. So many slow reactions on defense and scramble plays, missed connections on sets. Definitely got UW out of system enough to win that set too (too many service errors though).

I have no idea what to expect, other than Spectrum stinking for not putting Pac 12 on my sports package for the extra few cents it would cost out of region. USC is talented but inconsistent, and the Huskies have been a bit up and down too. I think the Pac 12 is a little down in not having the elite team or two it usually has, but has several teams that could get hot at the right time and end up in the Final Four. no way Utah is capable of being consistent and winning that many games in a row lol. Idk if any Pac 12 teams will make the final four. They have shown they can beat good teams on the road, however.

The Huskies have to take the set gifted by service errors and run with it.
