Never quite understood how substitutions in volleyball work. I thought you could enter and exit as much as you wanted in the same spot in the rotation as long as you didn’t go over the limit of how many different people can sub in.

mel is not covering the hitters is what she's not doing. it's so frustrating. when you have a player not playing well a coaches first thought is to let her work through it. it might help down the road. but when the body language and the lack of effort continue then all you're doing is making her feel worse. i guess he has NO ONE on the bench who can come in. (sarcasm) |

Baylor was digging bombs in that set (along with Texas giving up some uncharacteristic unforced hitting errors)...
