Where do we think Zehra rank in terms of top middles? Zehra's biggest flaw is she doesn't show up in big matches. This is the first match (or one of the few) where she really excelled. (Even then she flopped during set 4) She's only 22... she just needs consistency. (Her and Haak are 4 days apart... for reference, both are 6 months younger than Rettke)

They are all the exact same player to me tho lol.

Tugba and Derya don't play... Meliha does but that's because Arina can't pass (and foreigner limits). Saliha/Fatma/Hande all ride the bench for periods of time. if the league would allow more foreigners (like italy) these players could go to teams like Kuzeyboru, Karayollari, PTT, etc and really develop their skills

I feel like Hande should. Be like a go to for one of the Lower teams and figure it out lol. She has flashes of being good but never gets set in big moments bc that’s what Tijana is for

There are lots of players who want to go to a team where they’ll actually play (and ideally make money). That’s part of the problem. Some of the lower level teams don’t have a lot of money (especially the past couple of years). Some players do prefer to be part of a top team even if they sit on the bench.

Would any of the Turkish outsides consider playing in a different country? Or does the federation require them to stay in Turkey? I feel like just going somewhere where they can play full time would help them develop.

I wish some of the other Turkish outsides would go play in different countries as well. Even if they go to a "lower league" like Germany or France, or even to a place like Japan where they would play full time, I feel like they would improve so much more than sitting on the bench for the entire season.

Even Meryem Boz isn't playing in Vakif and she's an amazing player. Just warming up the bench, how sad. I guess money is good at least.

She's given her arm to her teams the past however many years. It was time for a "break" and she's getting paid to do so lol plus she's a good alternative for Vakif if they need her in the league.

Super high quality back up who is local and doesn’t care about playing time. Couldn’t ask for anything better TBH
