Pacific hanging around, and BYU looking sloppy at the end of this set, still up 22-17, but they have tailed off from the first half of this set.

Pacific if 7-3 early in the third set. BYU continues to struggle with passing, so Bower is struggling with setting. Good hard serves to the back of the court from Pacific.

BYU hitting .207 and Pacific .118 in the match. 11 hitting errors for BYU, 18 for Pacific. 46 digs for Pacific so far. 41 for BYU.
Pacific was up 12-9, but BYU has closed to 12-11.

BYU tied it at 15, but then Edwards plasters a back-row attack of Koerber in the back row for a kill, and Kumanova gets a kill when BYU blocks it out of bounds. Pacific up 17-15
Pacific with a 3rd straight point to lead 18-15 and force a BYU TO.

An ugly win for BYU, but they got it. They hit .222 (38/12/79). Pacific hit .099 (41/28/131). Pacific actually had more assists with 37 to BYU's 33. Passing continues to be an issue for BYU, as the last two matches have shown, just like the Wisconsin match from the tournament last spring.
