Speaking of jump serves, I miss Emily Hartongs jump serve. That serve could give someone a concussion if they got hit in the head.

Nah I think RAMS and staff did a smart decision.
1) the underclassmen got playing time, experience and felt how to work under pressure.
2) Bakersfield’s starting lineup had to work hard to get their points; making them tired
3) BVS and wagoner are fresh in the game making them stronger right now

From what I have seen of Bakersfield at the start of the year at NIU, their overall results, and their matches against Hawai'i, I have gained a lot of respect for them. This gym, however, is not ideal. Their gym reminds me of a high school gym, it looks like Le Jardin's gym in Kailua.. To bad not all the schools have the funds to build big facilities. |

Remember CSUB almost took the 3rd set. And if it were reversed and CSUB leading 2-1, then Robyn would have been crucified in the comments. With so much on the line, she still should have kept the original line up to secure early set wins. Maybe she can be fancy when the Wahine are at home where fans can be a factor but not when Bakersfield took the Wahine to overtime twice and a tight set in the 3rd. |

These cameras are catching so many shots of Van Sickle being a great leader. Her caliber is so much more than this conference but she is still so locked in and humble. She will be missed.

Amber Igiede is so athletic, so can do things, I do not believe other Middles can do. At least, I have not seen many Middles do anyway.

I can see BVS being a coach, someday. Maybe, even a Head Coach. With this in mind, wondering if we will see BVS, next year, as a Wahine Assistant Coach.
