Mia Johnson needs to play Beach Volleyball to improve her serve-receive and digging. That is one of the big things that separates her from Riley Wagoner, right now.

Whew! Until Hawai'i is an at large lock, don't ever try to rest players on the mainland again, RAM, please! This ended up working out but WHEW! It did end up working, it all of us nervous at the start. |

Amber Igiede is so athletic, so can do things, I do not believe other Middles can do. At least, I have not seen many Middles do anyway. Athleticism, hard work, and beach training to be fair, but, yes, she makes plays most middles, even elite ones (and she is at least close to that level, if not there already), don't make. Amber is constantly throwing herself on the floor in order to get balls up, she constantly keeps rallies alive. |

Hmmm what are the odds next week of Robyn resting BVS and Riley against CSUN so that they can play the next evening against UCSB? ðŸ¤ðŸ¤ðŸ¤ It might be a good chance if Hawaii comes out of this weekend 2-0.

Riley’s percentage doesn’t look nice but I like the power in her swings. Just gotta lessen those errors somehow. Johnson could be the next BVS if she can master the passing and defense.
Also, I don’t know about you guys but I was frustrated with Ikenagas defense during this game.
