Yeah I think she’s viable too. I think Ennis from UCSB is in the conversation.

If its Igiede, I'll be happy with Igiede. Igiede and BVS is my top 2 for POY.

Here is the final point of the match. I was watching from my living room and yelled "block it" right before BVS got the block to end the match.

Against CSUN, BVS was in the UH top three in kills, aces, blocks, assists, and digs. She led the team in kill%, and tied with Igeide for total points (18). She had the walk-off solo block. But the remarkable thing about her performance was that it was unremarkable by BVS standards. It was typical BVS. What we've come to expect. There is no one player I can think of in the Big West that can do it all as BVS does, to such a high standard that it's just expected. She leads UH in kills, kills/set, digs, digs/set, aces, total points, leads all UH outside hitters in blocks, and third overall in blocks. And, she has earned CoSIDA Academic All-District Honors.
Igiede is also a cornerstone of UH success, but against Bakersfield it was clear that Igiede on the floor without BVS to complement her, isn't enough. With BVS on the floor, even the Bakersfield play-by-play announcer noted that suddenly the Hawaii side had a whole different energy, and the match turned against Bakersfield quickly.
Even when she isn't carrying the scoring load, she is able to contribute in so many other ways that her absence is immediately felt. No single player can replace her. She'll be sorely missed next year.
