Love sets like that, keeps the blockers on the other side guessing on their toes lol Mary I think it keeps Caffey more on her own toes than the opponent lol Set's like that are sets opposing teams aren't expecting. Usually when you get sets like that, especially ones from the three meter line, chances are only the middle will be able to commit but it's hard to position your block as a blocker because of the angle in which the ball is coming. As long as Caffey is behind the ball and she can track it, she can get a good whack at it. |

The energy folks have on this board towards Ellis, but rarely with Newton (or the other outsides), doesn't sit right with me. Newton has 5 kills on 26 attempts. With 5 errors to match. And she does this all the time.  not me. I call her on it but purdue fans hate it omg we agree! This is a memorable moment..ha |

Not sure why Nebraska has Purdues number but this is one of their worst performances of the year so far let’s see if they can turn it around and at home not a good sign going into December
