Stanford held together at the end of set one and didn't let ISU get close -- that's a good sign. OTOH, ISU didn't play that well in set one.

Stanford is still underrated nationally. They are big and athletic with messy defense. It makes their play look weak - especially to commentors used to smaller faster teams. But, they can score  |
