Some of my thoughts: Despite their downward spiral, I think Tennesse could pull off a shocker. I know, I know, they've been a hot mess. They just lost to freaking Mizzou with a ton of questionable losses. They can easily lose in round 1 to North Carolina. But I think they can be dangerous in a one-off match. Runnels and Fingall go off along with ball control somehow holding up... it's at least possible. ay2013 has done some hating on Mississippi State, I think that was personal they were sent to UW. They better hold up! Western Kentucky vs. Georgia Tech is an interesting potential 2nd round match. Georgia Tech doesn't have monster middles to shut down Matthews. But, who knows what to expect with that team. Timmer is back and Washington State is a whole new look for Baylor. Penn State beats Pittsburgh and all of a sudden the doors are open for Purdue, who has a cakewalk into the 2nd round barring Marquette's already injury hampered team or Jamie Peterson somehow pulling off a shocker. Tennessee showed early on in the season they can play with anyone. The team has to have better ball control which I think they will.....I think the Mizzou match was a wake up call for them

Based on the news regarding Ceaser at UF, I’m gonna need to amend my choice. What’s happening with that? Seems like unfortunate/odd timing.

I voted for Ohio State just because I felt bad that they didn't have no votes... They have two votes, but Wisconsin has none.

that sucks! does she have eligibility left? Two years, I think. EDIT: No. Just one. Played two at Georgia. Then one redshirt at Florida. Then Covid and this fall. So one year left. .........and you doubt me when I say I am hearing things..............................

You got to think Florida doesn't get a seed if the Caesar news came out before the selection show... no?

Not quite a full two at UGA. IIRC, Ceasar departed the Georgia program prior to end of her second fall season in Athens. Seems to be somewhat of a pattern.

Okay news is out now! Tara Caesar is no longer with the Florida program and will not be playing in the tournament. Wow that's huge. Can you say why?

For all those making guesses or asking why, she posted it on her insta 5 hours ago why. This is heartbreaking for Florida's hopes, I hope she can find herself http://instagram.com/p/CW4R7QhlcQO

I can't in good conscience pick Tennessee in any match where they are playing a D1 opponent.
