Well that's it.
Kansas came out and outplayed us.
We know our setting could be this bad, so it's disappointing but not shocking. The block being this bad was a disappointment, and more disappointing was the total lack of adjustment, esp. when we had a capable middle on the bench.
What's even worse is just the total lack of compete. The staff has to do a better job of getting this team mentally ready to play games. We come up flat far too often, and the setting exacerbates, but doesn't originate, that.
Good luck in the next round KU.
I think this is the first time Oregon has lost to a non-seeded team in the NCAA tournament - big time low.
Feels like we lost every long rally, and every hustle point / close play (all those tight sets the KU hitters tipped through the block, etc.).
