First time seeing Bien. She is... bien. I have seen a lot of their matches since Szabo transferred and I have been impressed by Bien in every match this year. She is so calm, consistent, and efficient. She has been able to finish against every team. I have thought that she should be in the NFOY discussion. |

All I have to say after watching that match is Nuneviller enter the Portal tomorrow and go get a masters while being libero at Texas! She's a great six rotation OH, but she would be a first team AA libero. I just think she needs to see that that's her future. Her future is beach volleyball . |

Well that's it. Kansas came out and outplayed us. We know our setting could be this bad, so it's disappointing but not shocking. The block being this bad was a disappointment, and more disappointing was the total lack of adjustment, esp. when we had a capable middle on the bench. What's even worse is just the total lack of compete. The staff has to do a better job of getting this team mentally ready to play games. We come up flat far too often, and the setting exacerbates, but doesn't originate, that. Good luck in the next round KU. I think this is the first time Oregon has lost to a non-seeded team in the NCAA tournament - big time low. Feels like we lost every long rally, and every hustle point / close play (all those tight sets the KU hitters tipped through the block, etc.). Just thinking about this... like.. where were the adjustments? We spun the dial, but didn't make the one sub we have (who also could have been relevant)e, hell could have even switched the opps back since it's clear neither was connecting. Would have to re-watch (not that I'm going) to see if any serve or defensive adjustments were made, but didn't look like it even when they were killing us on line and tips. |

Who passed better in this match? Probably pretty close. Oregon didn't serve that well so maybe KU got the edge esp. cuz Oregon broke down at the end when they were desperate. |

Can you imagine Eggleston, Fields, O'Neal, Phillips, and add in Madison Williams coming off redshirt and the talented freshman and then add Nuneviller at libero. |

Like, she had 17 kills today with this setting - and they think she shouldn't be hitting? Esp. with how much extra value is there in an OH who can handle the ball like she does. |
