Give Sacred Heart credit they came out swinging on the serve and attacks. Not a very clean game for Texas passing or serving. They have to play much better going forward. Honey Badger showed up, but Homey Badger always shows up.

During warmups, Jerritt sat for a while talking to his old friend the HC of Sacred Heart:
I recall reading a small blurb that the coach of SD was one of his assistants the 2 years that Jerritt was holding down the fort as HC at USC while Mick was doing Olympic stuff.

The coach of SH not SD but I think that is what you meant and he was. I guess going to the Final Four qualifies as holding down the fort.  |

The SH coach was fun to watch. After Sklar, Logan or Butler would crush one he would just shrug his shoulders and grin like what are you going do🤷😉
