I think Madill needs to set her middles a tad bit more I'm not sold on the changing of setters for an important match. Apparently the A side has been working with both setters in practice? But many hitters struggle when there is a setter change...tempo and location not where they have been practicing most of the season. |

But Tercariol has played the vast majority of the season. Most hitters don't want to keep having their setters changed around. Rice looks very comfortable and in system. USD looks just out of sorts. |

Rice is putting on a clinic of how to play volleyball. They aren’t intimidated by Texas they may need to be concerned. San Diego this may be the worst they have looked all year a mess.

So far, USD has gotten 3 kills, 3 errors from the middles, along with 1.5 blocks.
Frohling and Pries are the only ones who have been effective on offense so far.

I thought USD had the edge in this match, and they just look pretty awful so far.
