Illinois State lost its two best players from the Spring to transfer too. Kaylee Martin --> Clemson and Stef Jankiewicz --> Utah I knew martin transferred but I swear when I see #14 swing, I thought Martin had come back just for the tourney and put on a stealth uni |

I need more digs, Jena. CC dug 5 balls already and Minnesota isn't even playing. Lexi Rodriguez dug 8 balls in her sleep last night. CC was at the game as a spectator and jumped down from the rafters to dig four balls in one rally, her last dig careening to the other side of the net and landing on the end line for a kill. The game paused while everyone tried to figure out who should get the point since she was running under the net the entire rally to dig the kill from the ball she had just dug. The only reason her last dig was a "dill" (dig-kill) is bc she didn't get her lazy @$$ back to the other side of the net fast enough. Jena should get more digs. |
