I suppose this result so far shouldn't be too surprising. Marquette is barely a top 50 Pablo team....much different than what their extremely inflated RPI says. How would Washington be if you took away 2 of their starters and had to slap a middle in the OH slot to get through? Love ya Ay but it's comments like this that just annoy people with this forum. well, I certainly don't follow Marquette close enough to know that (and I assume most people on this board don't), nor do I want to. I'm just pointing out that they aren't a high Pablo team (I don't create Pablo), so them having a close match with Dayton (others have inquired as to why Marquette hasn't looked better so far), who is solid, shouldn't be surprising. Not sure why that's so annoying. Also, they ARE an inflated RPI team. They have zero wins against top 50 opponents this year but are RPI #15. I don't say this stuff frivolously. |
