I watched Bien, Wait, and Crawford play club in February 2020 at Triple Crown in KC (right before COVID broke out). This was the last time I have watched any club VB. The Mavs had an injury to an OH and Bien filled in as an OH (being a libero her entire club career). The improvement as a hitter from what I saw 20 months ago is remarkable. I don't even know when Turner started playing club volleyball - being a star basketball player from Topeka. This looks like an impactful class - to go along with the Covid class with Crawford and Elnady - all with 3 more years of eligibility. I like it.

They have a pretty strong class coming in next year as well!

At this time of year, when you put together two matches of quality play, you get rewarded by advancing to the Sweet 16. While completely different rosters, Kansas turns the tables on Creighton for winning in Lawrence a few seasons ago.

Not surprised that Creighton is the first seeded team out of the Tournament. Especially, since they lost one of their Star players in Round 1.

Hah true! I had totally forgot about that! Creighton went all the way to the Elite 8 that year - let’s see if KU can find that same magic!
