Byrd in? Maybe for blocking purposes? Exactly! Dave used to do that all the time = bring in the taller setter in the front row for blocking purposes when we're serving. Think Kendra Koelsch for Higgins.... They could try and do that 5-2! |

Wahine need some big guns and serious studs that can do the job. Tired of building projects that take 3-4 years to show results. Yes! Immediate impact recruits who still have a high ceiling for improvement They're not easy to get for a mid-major - especially Hawaii. Even the Power 5s are getting the internationals! |

Clearly shows what Hawaii needs to do to be one of the Elite again... and I'm beating a dead horse, but Wagoner cannot be any OH next year. She's just ineffective and inefficient to be an OH1, OH2, OPP. Everyone says it's her passing/defense, but when she's struggles in that department, she's giving more points to the opposing team. Sorry Wags, I'm thankful for your dedication to Hawaii, but I need some Willoughby or Danielson outta you. Heck I'd settle for Greeley or Sudduth.

Lang, if she had any creativity, is being neutralized - although she is doing a good job of running stuff down but hitters .... getting blocked. It might have been just to get her some PT in a lost set. |
