If you were to ask Robyn, she would say this is a good lost if there ever was one. The young Wahine players will learn from this, and it will make them that much better next year, and years going forward. No. This was a pretty bad lost! But the Mississippi St win was a good win! |

Nice block Igiede. I like that even though they are visibly stressed, Hawaii is holding it together as a team and still celebrating points hard. You can lose on the scoreboard but don’t lose in the locker room.

Problem I see is no outside opposite terminator like we had with Nikki. No steady Eddie like we had with Kalei Greely, and No DS libero like we had with Akiu. We need more girls like Hartong, Cubi, and to find a Willougby 2.0 somewhere out there. Our tall girls like Leo needs more hustle and muscle.

I remember a pretty good beat down in the tournament by Stanford many years ago. This just might be the worst for the Wahine in tournament history though.

No worries, just go out have fun, play your game, nobody is expecting the Wahine to beat UW. UW is the team that has the pressure on them. They have to worry, which Wahine team will be on the floor. The Wahine team just needs to enjoy the moment. Well I hope they had fun... |
