I walked into my apartment from having been at the Wisconsin - UCLA match, turned on my TV, and Washington was up 15-10 in the 3rd set... You're the reason. Post hoc, ergo propter hoc ... obviously |

This was definitely not a choke job like we saw from BYU. Texas just needed a little momentum to flip the match and once they got rolling, they were not going to be stopped. They were up 15-10 in the third, then lose 25-9...I'd say it's somewhat of a choke job |

Washington passed exceptionally well I was surprised that Powell just didn't set as well as she normally does. Definitely had a lot drifting inside and towards the net.
That said, I do think ONeal was clearly over at 8-13, but honestly I don't think it made a difference in the match.

I feel like on a true neutral court Washington sweeps. But wow so impressed with Texas mental toughness.

Texas surprised me with the number of digs They literally went from being able to dig nothing to being able to dig everything. Whatever positional corrections the coaching staff had them do totally worked. Yea I noticed them positioned against the back line (which Hoffman and dreschel like to hit )and of course the Texas block came on later. It looks like UW should’ve made similar adjustments since there were lots of shots to the back line |

Way too good to ever be on the wrong side of that result. |
