That set wasn't as close as a 25-19 score would indicate. Washington had control the entire way.

Nice start by the Huskies. I expect the Horns to kick it up a notch In S2.

Washington at least showing the PAC was a good conference in this match whew they have come out on all cylinders So if Washington played poor, it means the PAC-12 sucked? The conference standard is being held on UW's level of play? I don't understand this logic. UCLA laid an egg, Stanford looked bad. I wouldn’t deduce the entire conference to one match ever even in tourney play but post season has been less than stellar. I know PAC teams are very good I watch a lot of their matches just saying it’s nice to see Washington being up to the challenge.

SUNDERLAND: "No one should be surprised that Washington is playing at this level." Except for the tournament bracket committee. Preach. Absolutely disrespectful ranking that seemed to just put them with Texas. I mean cmon… Texas’ biggest rival, the team they lost to last year, and the team that matches up against them best all in the same quadrant of the bracket?

I swear to god, if this broadcast just cut out, I’m writing a strongly worded letter. This is absolute BS.

To me a big key was the two blocks on Butler. Texas depends on the slide for attacking diversity, since they rarely look for a back row attack other than Eggleston.
The biggest key was the ineffective serving. Along with everyone else, I'm unsure of the Texas thought process on their serving strategy thus far.
