LOL... take a two point lead and then let them go on a 5-0 run right out of a TO..
GT has had a 6-0 and 5-0 run in this set and is only up by 3 points.

The OH is the weakness here for the nuts and it is being exposed hard... Mac needs to look elsewhere in settled ball. Too many frees end up going nowhere. Agreed. In comparison to the remaining top teams that have already advanced, if we advance, it will continue to get exposed. Especially in passing. Opponent game plan should be to serve the front row outside since our bic doesn’t exist and it would eliminate two attack options (outside/middle, assuming OOS) and Londot is error prone when stressed. Mac likes to force it back outside even in these situations... leads to just really poor attacking efforts and Gonzalez takes so many more swings than I imagine the offense is designed for her to take. Our strength is up the middle with Londot getting fed when hot. It's not throwing the ball over and over outside no matter what the system.

So GT's 23rd point is a prime example... terrible serve receive by our OH, Mac scrambles to get a set and just flings it back outside, poor attacking attempt, easy point for GT

And the next point. OH does JUST ENOUGH to allow Mac to get under the pass. So then she has a chance to send it opposite and Londot berries it.

Yikes. Georgia Tech using its 2nd/3 challenges in the 1st set.
I like the challenge though. It's a huge point. 24-20 GT or 23-21.

So in your challenge bingo card... we've had blurry arms and now blurry fingers... All I have left is blurry net and then linesperson in the way of an out-of-bounds call til I get Bingo

Wow. I thought there was a touch.
I wish there were public challenge-stats. I swear GT loses more challenges than anyone.

Every single time I've watched GT, the staff and players freak out on obvious calls that go against them way too often...like chill tf out and play

Look... that set was terrible... but considering GT had TWO 6-0 runs and the nuts were still in it... this one is far from over
