You guys already know the answer to the question "Is Sun going to play tonight?" and are just asking it to be mean spirited. If she hasn't played in the tournament thus far, then why would Cook change the lineup this late into the tournament. She will play if Huskers are struggling at OH. She will be ready if needed, and my guess is she plays because if Texas is rolling Cook will make changes to get Huskers back in match.

She is probably their best pin blocker.

Place your bets! My guess? No. Texas should hope sun plays as it would mean Nebraska is struggling. You again.

I wonder if Sun looks around tonight and ever regrets her choice to head to Nebraska. I mean, if we're doing this, I'm going to go ahead and dive into the deep end. no. stop it. Honestly, I'd prefer the thread stay on the matchups of the two teams as much as possible. It's going to be a narrative. We all know it's going to be a narrative. Even in Lee's volleymag segment, Emily obliquely brought it up as a topic, and no one wanted to touch it with a ten foot pole. Hopefully Paul and Salima downplay it to the nth degree. I'll be glad when it's completely in the rear view mirror. It has felt like Sun has had some bad juju go her way. To have the season end against Texas her senior year, then to come back and have this final super senior year. If the narrative was about anyone but my team, there's a big part of me that would be wishing for some kind of redemptive moment where she comes in and saves the match. Since it is against my favorite team, I hope Nebraska falls short and this is the end of Lexi Sun's career. Nothing personal. Just looking forward to this whole thing being in the past.

Assume Jhenna is the Honey Badger, right? Logan. I love Jhenna’s feistiness and pettiness but Logan is the Honey Badger that doesn’t care. The team follows her lead, when in hole she’s the rock they cling to mentally to dig out. I DID IT! I ran into Paul in the bathroom line, told him that nellynel from VT wanted him to know that Honey Badger should be Logan’s nickname. He laughed and said “thank you for letting me know!”

Both you and nellynel

SAME! Here's to hoping Lexi Sun hits negative!!!! She has most of this season and usually against tougher competition. Time for her to move on.
