Her attack from the right side gave me Cooney vibes. i’m starting to buy in again…we needed this addition on the pins.

Welcome to the Illini family Kayla! This brings to my mind the players we gifted Mizzou a few years back. Hopefully, Kayla will have a similar impact for the Illini that those former Illini had for Mizzou!

Great news! The is a terrific addition in an area of need. I'm a little concerned about Tamas making certain Mosher is able to make contributions this year. I would hate to see her unhappy because of a lack of playing time, causing her to transfer. She is a critical part of Illini volleyball's future.

She should be a lock for 3 seasons of starting setter I would think after this season. I do agree that I hope Tamas can find a way to use her this coming season. |

She is a critical part of Illini volleyball's future. ^^^ this is what I was concerned about when we got Burbage. Even though she is a great get and she will be a solid RS i was worried that this would decrease Moshers playing time. Honestly I could have seen Mosher playing that RS position this season if it werent for us recruiting Burbage. I wish we could give Mosher the setting position as she she is very scrappy and an aggressive setter. If she does not set or play RS I really hope they have her backrow for Burbage and let her swing backrow. |

Thats a big piece that will be missing next year and I think Burbage can do a good job replacing Cooney's consistency |

It’s quite silly to worry about Mosher transferring bc she is sitting behind a 3 year big ten setter especially when she’s got the next 3 years locked up.

It’s quite silly to worry about Mosher transferring bc she is sitting behind a 3 year big ten setter especially when she’s got the next 3 years locked up. it’s a true worry especially when the returning starter is inconsistent with her placement but consistently a head case. i know that sounds harsher than i mean it to be, but i really do wish that Tamas would “Hames” Brown and have her play a different role on the team this season and pass the baton to mosher. focus on the future and giving Mosher true B1G experience now. Please don’t send the hounds after me…i’m just looking for a fresh start at the setter spot. |

Shouldn't there be an expectation that all returning players, including D.Brown, will improve their game performance in the upcoming season.

Looks like Bruna will not be returning back to Illinois. She isnt transferring but she will not be coming back she will be returning back to Croatia. That is very unfortunate I though she would for sure be the OH2. Looks like we are thin at the pins again

Why did they cancel all their spring scrimmages? The campus recreation intramural underwater basket-weaving league put in for the ice time at Huff Hall before the volleyball team could reserve the space. |
