I doubt that the seeding committee is going to dock NEB missing 2 back court starters
It is great that the passing Is letting Shaff have options
TayLa Rah Rah!

Remember all the criticism of Carter Booth before she played a game. She came back from the spring games leaner and stronger. (she put the time in) She is a force that is going to lead this team to the final four. Well along with the rest of the team.

Its great to see that the discussions have changed from the top three to the top 4 plus a crazy good Penn State team in just 2 weeks. And Minnesota was on the road the whole time.

You play a team. We have had our share of injuries this year. I think Booth shut down Hord .071 five points. However the back row played really well this weekend. Might be this team is coming together finally.

Serve receive and defense made all the difference in last nights match. So impressed with some of the digs by Kilkelly AND TayLa. Amazing what a good pass does for the Gophers 🔥 Shout out to Booth again too, she’s been beyond impressive this season. I’m not confident they’ll give it to her but she deserves B1G FOY

Hurricane force.

Minnesota was my pick to win the B1G. They have elite hitting talent everywhere, and experience at the setter & Libero positions. They just seem to have lapses in concentration as a team that leads to unexpected losses. It is not a stretch at all to expect them to go on a 6 match heater and win the whole thing! They could just as easily get upset in round 2 or 3……
I’m just glad I’m not emotionally tied to this team. That has to be incredibly frustrating! But I can certainly appreciate the abundance of talent when they are rolling!

The Gophers have 3 losses in the last two months: Ohio State @ Wisconsin @ Penn State I think we need to stop giving so much weight to September when the team was still regularly shuffling middles and pin hitters.

I don’t want to repeat what some of us already said here about other players but I want to give huge credits to Shaff who ran excellent offense for the past two matches and Wenaas for stepping up in the RS- she is getting more and more comfortable and hitting with some heat and knows when to hit smart to score the points! This team can keep rolling until the end from now. Go Gophers!

Shaff was great, Wenaas had some of the best kills I've seen from her all season, Booth is ON in both blocking and hitting, Landfair was doing her thing up front AND showing some defensive prowess, CC was throwing her body around and hustling, Kilkelly had great digs and coverage, and our team looked motivated and focused. This is what we were expecting this season. Keep it up Gophers, we're rooting for you! Let's win this for Hugh!! 👏

Watching her in high school, many times,I never saw her finding the court at Minnesota unless she was brought in just to block on the right side. She somehow became the best freshman middle in the country.

Sure am hoping he is around after this season. He is constantly talking to the MB's on the sidelines.

I’m not confident they’ll give it to her but she deserves B1G FOY Booth would win the FOY award if it was partially based on improvement shown throughout the year. It has been fun to watch. It's not based upon that, however, and Eva Hudson is a near lock to win. Hudson struggled in the past week or two but she has had a historically great freshman year.

I agree 100%. There was a lot of inconsistency early in the season, but true to form, Hugh has them peaking at the right time. We won't go into a regional as a favorite, but if I was a top seed, I would hate to see MN in my bracket.
