Anyone know how the environment at Maryland was under Aird? It seems nothing positive is coming out of his time at Indiana. Players transferring , players quitting volleyball completely a lot of rumblings of toxic environment. Aird has now been vetted by Volleytalk There is a high-profile former Terrapin joining in the bash fest in the comments of one of those TikTok videos. |

I applaud this young woman for sharing her experiences. She's taking a risk speaking up before finding a place to transfer to. I hope she finds a home in a program that will appreciate her.

The fact that the former Maryland player has now commented some negative things makes it worse in my opinion. It’s not just a group at Indiana coming together, it’s a pattern now

But if I ever had to manage a player who talks like that I'd drive down to the funeral home and see if I could get the walk-in special. she is no longer on the team. Shes a brave one for standing up to him. Also… shes most likely 19 or 20. How do you think a young women would tell a story to her friends? |
