Who does this send to the bench? ? They graduated three starting pins and the the opposite that they bring back (of the two from their 6-2) seemed like a better setter to me than Akeo.

Setter: Akeo, Fairbanks RS: Fairbanks, Lockwood, Buzzerio, Nwokolo MB: Gray, Nwokolo, Starks, Jackson OH: Vazquez-Gomez, Dalton, Lockwood, Flood L: Browske, Klika
Pitt is looking so stacked offensively, but they are gonna need an OH that can really really pass (Vazquez Gomez or Dalton have to get a lot better of they need a transfer)

Can either Buzzerio or Fairbanks pass? Brilliant to have so many flexible players but would be a shame if no one can pass. 5-1 seems like the right decision with Nwokolo and Gray in the middle. No clue what happens on the pins.

Fairbanks setting backrow and maybe hitting front row

Well Nwokolo shouldn't be playing RS and Lockwood has been unable to earn the spot, I think Fisher should consider just giving that position to Buzzerio, she hits quite well from the back. The three setters don't strike me as very similar in technique and setting is what kept Pitt from the title game this year.

The offense that pitt ran In transition was incredible last year and it’s VERY hard to execute. They lost to Nebraska because they couldn’t terminate OOS and Nebraskas serve got them there too much. Pitts setters did a good job imo

Setting in my opinion was not one of their strengths but it was not the determining factor in them not advancing, unable to handle the serving pressure was.

my way too early Pitt lineup prediction. I believe that Pitt will run a 6-2
S: Akeo (backrow setter) S/RS: Fairbanks (6 ros) RS: Buzzerio (front row) MB: Nwokolo MB: Gray OH: Vasquez-Gomez OH: Dalton
both OH need to be developed to be better passers. Also, for god sake pls don’t put Nwokolo in the RS, she plays better in the middle and she looks more comfortable in that position.

But, I’m not sure that Buzzerio can run an offense that is as fast as what Pitt ran last year.

I don't think Buzzerio will set over Akeo because I see the 6/2 staying and Akeo is a great setter.
And from my up-close knowledge of Fisher, he's not going to "just give" any spot to any player; you have to earn your spot in practice.
Setting did not keep Pitt from the title game, passing did.

Passing definitely did. Akeo is a great setter and defender. Buzzerio will have to really show that she is a great setter to stay in the backrow
