Creighton should be good enough to win the Big East but is vulnerable nationally if Zimmerman isn't back and healthy. Sis isn't good enough to carry this team by herself against the top 25 teams around the country and other than Zimmerman I don't quite see where the offense is coming from. Wait is a solid setter - who knows what Whitten will do. Marquette loses their top 3 scoring options and all of their setting.... I know they have some talent on the roster, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone else places 2nd. I think UConn or DePaul could surprise both of these teams. They return a lot. I think Keeley being an outside will help. She was thrown to be an opposite last year and it was bad. I think Jazz Schmidt will be a good addition. Any offense from the opposite is an upgrade on what was happening last season. (the carousel with Keely, Schmitt, and Welty there). Plus having their best offensive middles as options (Reinhardt and Schmitt) vs Hickman and Welty... I think they'll be fine as long as Keely doesnt go off the rails. They (Uconn and depaul) may return a lot... but they're not deep. UConn is Parker or bust and DePaul just isnt that good yet. I don't think they're ready to jump yet over Marquette. DePaul is probably another season away. They have a very talented 22 class and now they are 3 deep at every hitting position with players that can score. Adding in a good transfer setter and this could be interesting. Their Defense will be the big questions mark I think this season.

St. John’s will always be in the hunt as long as Rastelli is there. Plus the international students will always be a mystery on how they impact. Interestingly there are only two outsides on the roster and one is a freshman from Italy. I’m assuming one or two of the middles are being converted to the outside.

I didnt realize how thin their roster was. I imagine if anything happens, they move Rastelli over to the left and slot a MB at opp. (or Jones)

Is there some streaming discount again this year ? Last year I missed it, or was that two years ago ? I’d watch Marquette from time to time
