Sounding like a broken record but: I love watching Semeniuk hit… technical perfection. Nice way to finish it off for Poland

Anyone want to predict who the Dream Team will be before the final gets started?
I'm thinking...
Setter: either Christenson or Brizard (Gianelli played himself out of this spot, unfortunately) OPP: Kurek or Patry OH: Defalco OH: N'Gapeth MB: any of David Smith/Chinenyeze/Bieniek MB: any of David Smith/Chinenyeze/Bieniek Libero: It should be Erik Shoji, IMO
I don't see any of Italy's players making it. Would've liked Semeniuk to be considered for OH but I think the other two have just had too many standout performances in the finals. I also think Kochanowski is the better middle from Poland but you can't overlook Bieniek's points because of his serve.

Do you get a prize for calling the winner or is it just participation trophies here..pretty interesting match - weird how USA was rolling and went error prone again in the 5th

Grebbenikov is so far and away ahead of shoji in every aspect of the game it’s a joke. Shoji doesn’t sniff the same air as grebbenikov. Never disrespect the GOAT libero like that again.

Are you good now that you got that off your chest? Are you good that you have terrible takes and don’t know what a great libero grebbenikov is. Yes I feel better

Yes I feel better FINALS STATISTICS Erik Shoji Receiver-2 Digger-3 Jenia Grebbenikov Digger-4 Receiver-8 If statistics will be the basis for awards, SHOJI will definitely be the best libero. Same with the best OH, Aaron Russel and Torey Defalco in terms of statistic is much better than Cevenot and Ngapeth!!! Micha Cristenson' s Best Setter award is base on statistic same with David Smith.

Now that the dust has settled, who are the other 12 voters who also voted for France? 😇

Micha Cristenson' s Best Setter award is base on statistic same with David Smith. I have to go to Grebennikov's defense. The ranking doesn't really say it all Receive (Shoji) Successful - 23 Errors - 4 Attempts - 29 Ave. per match - 7.67% Success Rate - 41.07% Total - 56 Receive (Grebennikov) Successful - 16 Errors - 1 Attempts - 24 Ave. per match - 5.33% Success Rate - 39.02% Total - 41 Digs (Shoji) Digs - 23 Errors - 9 Receptions - 2 Ave. per match - 7.67% Success Rate - 67.66% Total - 38 Digs (Grebennikov) Digs - 21 Errors - 4 Receptions - 4 Ave. per match - 7% Success Rate - 72.41% Total - 29 Its all about efficiency and success. Clevenot is the #1 receiver then if we follow your logic of just going with the ranking. But I'm pretty sure that 98% of the people reading this will not agree that Clevenot is the best receiver. Clevenot received so much because in the passing unit of France, he is the weakest. He is the target of the opposing teams. I agree with the decision. Grebennikov is the best. Because he is more efficient and the errors he made were not simple skill errors.
