Canada, at home, hasn't won a single set yet. The drop off from the Olympics hasn't been kind to them. Perrin was the biggest loss for them. He could do it all as an OH and he probably did any skill at a higher level than the OHs right now. Their passing and defense is bad for a national team, and there’s only so much that Bann can do when he comes back. But with him back there some of the OHs can hopefully pass better too

But agreed, they don't have anyone at OH who has the skillset Perrin possessed. Not even close.

I keep trying to watch these Australian matches but it's so painful. They have zero weapons outside of Perry at libero and Dosanjh's aggressiveness at setter. Everyone else is just a let down.

Why wasn’t Loeppky on week 1 roster? I heard his wife had a Baby? Very recently…. Yes! He ans former Minnesota standout setter Samantha Swenson had a baby back in late March. Looks like he's gone for training now and will probably be on the week 2 roster. http://instagram.com/p/CefFYCeOnL2

Kind of weird seeing the vbw youtube admins selectively liking comments on their videos. Some are clearly in favor of certain teams and even liking negative comments towards other teams. Like wth?? Also noticed this in the women's side
