I must say that I was a bit skeptical when I learned that the matchups were pre-planned rather than random, but going in to the final week it looks like the top two, undefeated teams will compete for the crown, and 3rd and 4th go head to head to compete for the other podium spot. Not sure you could have scripted this any better, though I'm sure avid would have preferred to be tied with me in points.

I WIN 3-2 GOOD GAME VUP. this is my victory speech:
wow! i never thought this day would come. it's been a long time coming, but i'm so happy it's finally here. firstly, i'd like to thank lauren matthews. when i drafted my team, i knew i had to have my ncaa who only hit twos on my team. her match this week was legendary, like this is not a potential mother, this is a successful fortune 500 CEO mother who successfully raised two daughters attending vassar and dartmouth. thank you for having 30 kills and 13 blocks. i love you. i'd also like to thank all the other mainstay starters for trying their best - sanaa dotson, temi-thomas ailara, nia mccardell, allison whitten, leyla blackwell, and especially emma grome. she has been my starter for the whole season, and even though both team bic and kentucky did not do as well as we'd hoped this season, i think we are both glad we ended up with the win. even though my team waited until week 12 to get a win, i will be following of all of these amazing student-athletes mentioned and unmentioned that are more talented then i will ever be for the rest of their college careers! i'd also like to thank huskerpower for making a communal spreadsheet, because if i'm being honest i never any statistics for myself and just looked at the spreadsheet, because doing stats myself would be too much work and i couldn't be bothered. huskerpower, if you are reading this, i love lexi rodriguez. and a last word of thanks to the people rooting for my fantasy team to get a win: avid, basil, madden, eazy, etc (maybe not ay2013 im not sure if he liked my team.) that's all, and it's another victory for bic, and by proxy, regla torres!
