So these 2024s that have been committing recently - are they new commitments and not flips? I understand why DS/L would be late to committing but the pins and setters seem very late. Any thoughts? Programs have roster changes and have spots open up? SAs just sitting on offers waiting to decide?

Everything I've posted has been new commitments unless otherwise mentioned. As for reasons behind them committing so late in the recruiting cycle, I have no idea. Everyone's recruitment process and timeline is so different
