I just woke up 😂😂😂 looked at the stats seemed they played a little better overall. Great job by Caylen as expected she should be the starter.

So impressed with Alexander as a freshman. 10/1/19 hitting .474 against an elite blocking team. Too bad she and Igiede are the only ones having success today for the Bows. Agreed. The future is bright for this young frosh. Hopefully her and Stella coming in can be the tandem we need on the offensive side of things at the pins.

Much thanks to the Edwards’ Ohana for live-streaming the Match (and updating viewers on the score). I also enjoyed the match commentary.

Caylen needs to start moving forward. Awesome weekend for her in her uber young career. Our middles will be our bread and butter as we thought. Our outside hitters I hope can get it together. Go Bows!

Tough road trip! But experience is the best teacher for the team and staff. Looking forward to seeing Hawaii next week. Go Wahine!

Teams will definitely key in on our middles, two blockers up on every decent pass..

Oh Riley.. what happened you had such a strong opening match ? :-( I was really hoping this year would be different for her..we miss Brooke :-( She needs to be assertive and aggressive in order to help Hawaii out. Especially this being her third year as a starter. Hawaii has found assurance in Alexander. She’s going to be a major asset down the line. Our middles are an improvement from last year and will only get better! Still not fully sold on Akana either as OPP. but it is what it is. Lang might’ve had stage fright this weekend but like last year, she’ll get better as the season continues. Just needs to adjust with the timing with her MH’s. All and all, playing top tier teams early on really exposed what we really need! We need a consistent OH2 and OPP. Along with less self errors! Regardless, this is all fixable and it’s more to do with self rather than the opposing team; this team will only get better! I feel that Alexander has locked her position. The other OH2, OPP positions definitely need to be evaluated!

Speaking of gorgeous, I'm enjoying the scruffy faced gentleman in grey with the clipboard at the end of the A&M player lineup.

Pitt’s coach will always be my favorite to watch on the sideline 😂
