You people are as close to Nazis as people get. Even though you know people that are multi Vaxxed still get Covid you’re still absolutely paranoid about it and refused to back down on your stupidity concerning the vaccinations. Didn’t Joe Biden getting it twice teach you people anything? Of course it didn’t because that would involve a little bit of common sense on your part. Mandatory vaccinations are so stupid. They’re against your rights as an American. It’s not your job to tell everyone else how to live I notice 79 year old Joe Biden came through his bout of covid just fine. Why is that? What reason could there possibly be for a geriatric to only suffer mild symptoms from Covid? Welp, I guess we'll never know! Also, calling other posters "Nazis?" There's some civil dialogue! |

There are plenty of extremely weird coaches in sports - but football seems to have a near monopoly.  Did you post this specifically because both were head coaches at Washington State?
You probably have to be weird to live/succeed in a place like that, I guess.

Wanna bet whether Rolo is really big on telling his players that if they want to be on his team they need to follow his rules? But somehow that doesn't extend to him having to follow WSU's rules if he wants to be on WSU's team? Not following rules != not following illegal laws |

I’m saying it’s not your job to make sure everyone has a vaccination, this is America and everyone should be able to decide for themselves if they want the vaccination or not. Rolovich did decide for himself whether to get the vaccine. But decisions have consequences. |

Well, I have a union. So I have protection against arbitrary rules. But if I worked for somebody who made such a rule, they wouldn't have to fire me. I would quit. And in most states, especially "at will employment" and "right to work" states, employers actually can make up whatever rules they want, unless those rules violate labor or civil rights laws. |

However, if you want to work for me, you have to be vaccinated, with zero exceptions. Why? Because the companies I contract with demand 100% vaccination rates. You're not vaxxed, we don't get paid. So no vax, no job. The companies I work with and I personally are exercising our rights as employers, as was the State of Washington.
