I suppose in the end it doesn't matter since there are only 7 teams so only 7 "asian quota" spots that are relevant.

I think the best SEA talent would definitely be an upgrade to a lot of the Korean players. Whether they are actually interested in playing in Korea is a different story. 

If they got other...better options, I would think the Korean League won't be their first choice...
