Overall, I think it was a good performance against a senior NT. Avery obviously fizzled out... when was the last time she played five sets? December? I would like to see Dani move to opposite (if needed) and bring on May or VJP. Sorry Nia... you can save your arm for Korea. Coaching is bad... probably should expect that from a men's coach... Not sure why Michelle just isnt the coach. She at least has experience. i feel like no matter who you put at opposite they aren't gonna get set any more than nia did today (i'm a nia apologist) i would like to see evans start the match and see what she can do with all of the starting pins |

So many of those from her in this tournament. Barely gets the ball to any part of her head and thinks it's somehow going to sail over. Jeesh. |

Went to bed and woke up to this loss. Not going to read through all this but pretty sure many feel we need a different HC who would make an attempt to switch a player or two around WHEN THINGS CONSISTENTLY WERE GOING WRONG. The double sub never really worked and Evans serve....YIKES!!! Watched poor digging along with players bumping into each other and absolutely lack of skill many times when it came to "blocking".
Outside of Avery just a complete poor showing by the USA players. Some times watching this match you wondered if these girls had every played volleyball before. This team/coaching is a perfect example that just putting players together for the sake of having a team and practicing 3 weeks (?) doesn't always work.

I am so confused at how White is the best selection here. She clearly looks out of shape, like she has not been training to be in this competition. But Lishman was an average WCC libero, to my recollection. Are there no other USA liberos not on the A squad who wanted to waste a few years training with the USA B team? Apparently not? They must have all moved on with their lives in another direction. white had a good season in France. Frequenting her favorite patisserie |

I think it starts with the coach, at one point we had made a terrible play and the camera showed him laughing and clapping. I could not believe it so I rewound and it is true. Why he did not try to send in a new set of players? When you team looks like ours after a set in a half with the wheels coming off ; you should at least try
