Not quite sure what Kent is trying to accomplish here. Obviously he wants to sell more books, but he’s almost pushing it as a how-to-win book which it really isn’t. Is he angling to get back into the game as a coach? As a promoter? It’s been mentioned here before, but he does have a lot of baggage and burned bridges from when he played. I do enjoy his Facebook posts and the book is good (hard to tell exactly how much of the writing is his). But he does come across as a bit condescending in all these interviews, and regardless of what his ambitions are, I’m not sure he’s doing himself any favors. Listening to him ramble endlessly about how much smarter and better he thought he was than everyone gives insight into why he was one of the least popular players on tour.
