Thank you for this thread! I’m looking forward to this game! To help with the thread, Purdue lines Hudson up as OH and Chinn at Opposite (I do think Chinn will play in this one). Hornung is the DS for Ellis and Brown for Chinn.
Boilers in 4! (More of a hope than belief) I do not know what to think going into the Big Ten season. It will be based a lot on matchups. Most teams have some very blatant weaknesses.

im excited for this one. Purdue should be better than wsu and Pepperdine, should really force Minnesota to show up if they want to win.
if MN plays Purdue the way they did their last two matches, id bet on a Purdue sweep

No idea what happens in this one. On paper I would say think should be a breeze for the Gophers, but this year's Gophers seem to be consistently inconsistent.

Looking forward to seeing Eva Hudson who is the frontrunner for FOY at this point.

Looking forward to seeing Eva Hudson who is the frontrunner for FOY at this point. I would say she's frontrunner right now but I expect Wurcherer to make a push for that title now that she's back. I'm excited to see Hudson play as I've only heard the hype. #1 priority for the Gophers will be to shut her down.

Barring any unforeseen changes, anyone other than her winning conference FOY would be shocking.

Looking forward to seeing Eva Hudson who is the frontrunner for FOY at this point. As far as B1G FOY goes, I cannot imagine who would even come close. Purdue will go as she goes this year, and that's a lot to say for a freshman.

Gotta say tho, it will be a bit close, but it would be a huge upset if Hudson didn't win it. You rarely see a freshman come in from day one as a steady 6-ro player leading the team at a high level program.

She's improving SO MUCH week by week, but is currently hitting .133 and I cannot imagine that going too far up in PAC play -- she is also surrounded by better hitters than Hudson, so I don't think her KPS will be close. For NFOY, I'm Team Stucky all day. Such a complete player and is single-handedly bringing Florida to another level. When they were down 0-1 and 10-18 in the second, and she just comes into the match and leads them to a 3-1 win... I was sold.

Friday cannot come soon enough. I’ll be there to cheer on Purdue on loud and proud. I am hoping for a competitive match. It’s a toss up for me. Purdue and Minnesota have shown good they can be. Purdue has also shown how young they are and not experienced.

I think they will keep Ellis at OH and put Chinn in at Opp. It’s all about which pins they like at the moment. If they do go with Koch, yes they will move Chinn to the outside. Ellis had a very good weekend, so I expect them to stick with her.
