Missouri looked terrible. Almost every other set from Buckley was a double (whether or not the refs called it) and their floor defense was terrible

I glad to see some SEC volleyball tonight. Tennessee clearly has the better offense. There was not a lot of defense or long scrappy rallies.

Also I don’t wanna be like mean but it’s like is getting matches like this on ESPN helpful? Like at least at this point if that makes sense. Eventually I want as many matches on platforms like this as possible but I just wonder if for the start of this kinda movement if it would be better if it was mostly top match ups getting put on. Cancel me if this is a bad take I'll take volleyball over cornhole championships or some of the other stuff that they routinely show on the main ESPN channels.

In 1968, when Joan Cronan became head Lady Vols basketball coach at 23 years old, the Lady Vols did not have any uniforms—they were playing in T-shirts and shorts. Cronan set about to change that. Only a few companies made women’s basketball uniforms, and none offered an orange uniform. She found some uniforms with orange lettering, which was fine for road games, but rules prohibited home teams from wearing white. Cronan had to decide what color the home-game uniforms would be. She liked Carolina (Columbia) Blue. It was available, and it went well with orange lettering. In a few years, there was soon no problem with getting orange uniforms, but a “touch of Columbia blue” has remained.volopedia.lib.utk.edu/entries/lady-vols-blue-on-uniforms/ Cool story. I've been a Lady Vols basketball and softball fan for years. I never knew the story, just thought the light blue was part of their team colors. I guess that's why the libero jersey didn't surprise me. This year all Tennessee women's teams are debuting the Summit Blue uniforms that are only for the women's teams. utsports.com/news/2022/8/11/tennessee-teams-to-debut-new-summitt-blue-uniforms-this-year.aspx

Just watched the replay omg I can't believe how low level this match was. It's gonna be a long year for Mizzou... again.
