The Illinois coaching staff has to do something about their passing. For the past several seasons bad passing has been the norm. Brown has to be wondering why she came back after graduation. Better recruiting, better coaching - something has to be done. This isn’t working. There is too much talent on the floor for this to continue to be an issue. Ever since Alfee left it has been abhorrent. We have not really had exactly a notable passing coach since he left. I won’t name names but some of our passers have been there for years at this point. How has the skill not gotten even slightly better with some of our vets? |

Michelle Bartsch turned herself into the best passing pin hitter at the last Olympics. She is currently taking a break from volleyball. She needs to return to Illinois and pass some of her passing knowledge to our current players.

We are giving Hudson line when we block. Our back row digger is playing behind the block and not on the line, causing her to miss digs.

Illinois needs to hide their DSs on service receive. Terry and Barnes receiving as a two person receive would be an improvement over what has been going on.

We are going to blow this game.. Poor defense, we hit bombs, they dig it to bump set to the 10 ft line, Purdue hits an easy swing and our DS cant pick it up.
