Great start to the PAC season for CU, even with the SC loss. And they've got a LOT of home matches left.

Very happy to see Hadrych get the win against her former team! She hit .220 on 13 kills, 3 blocks, 3 digs (without playing back row).

Ndiaye had a great match, but no one else hit above .150 for UCLA. CU played strong to win that.

COLORADO 20 blocks! 20 blocks in 4 sets! Hit .227% -- Tabron, 17 kills, hit .357, 11 digs (double double), & 5 blocks! She also played great against USC! Might be most improved player in PAC if she keeps it up. -- Kuehl with 10 blocks! -- Hart with 7 kills on .278, 7 blocks! -- Hadrych with 13 kills, hit .220, and 3 blocks (she must feel good coming into Pauley and getting the win)
UCLA Hit .195% Bruins definitely had more kills and digs, but Colorado's block just shut things down today! CU's serving also got UCLA out of system a lot. Bruins also had their share of blocks -- 12 of them would still be a great stat, but up against 20 it seems inconsequential -- Ndiaye with 22 kills, hit .421!

Has UCLA ever been 0-4 in the PAC before? Cuz they're going to be unless they rally here. The announcer said their worst start was 0-5. Either 2013 or 2018.

All players on UCLA have been inconsistent. UCLA needed offense from the middle, so Sealy should've tried Forte for Dodson at some point to see if she could get something going.

Looks like the majority of pollsters got it right with the 3-1 Colorado win.
I had a feeling it would be a blocking show with 2 of the better/best blocking teams in the PAC. 32 blocks between CU (20) and UCLA (12) is a lot in a 4 set match!
UCLA needs more consistency at hitting. They actually put up decent balls when out of system, but hitters going for it too much instead of bettering the ball.

I wonder if she is hurt cause she would have been an upgrade for sure in the middle. She may not be 100% but she has been playing. All 3 middles have been inconsistent so Sealy has been experimenting. Besides Alupei's blocking, they've all been inconsistent with getting kills.

PAC12 PLUS. Trying to include a plus sign in the U doesn't look the best.

Remember when Michaela Chester ranked UCLA sixth in her preseason top 10 rankings?
