New AD at LA- Monroe is from Utah State. Monroe had VB finalists on campus 2 1/2 weeks ago when AD was hired. Any chance he said "nope" to those candidates and lured someone from Utah State to join him in Monroe?

I more meant from the school.  Just seems weird they told the team and didn't announce it already

I don't think that's super shocking -- certainly the team needs to know, but if there are lawyers, title IX, etc involved, those wheels turn pretty slowly -- I have no clue if that is the case, but I am sure the admin just wants their ducks in a row before going public, maybe they aren't letting him go, just on leave pending investigation
