Ohio State continuing to shoot themselves in the foot here with bad touches and unforced errors….Indiana are doing a good job of playing clean to take advantage of it….6-4 Indiana and it looks like we’re bringing back our great tradition of going to 5 when we absolutely had complete control of the game

Probably the worst set Ohio State has played all season with way too many silly mistakes, Indiana takes it 25-23…we’re going to a 4th set The worst set I've seen Ohio State play was the 4th set against Texas in their second match. It just looked like OSU players gave up. That third set against Indiana was mistake filled, but there was no quit in the Buckeyes. Their greatest strength, IMO. Down 22-19 they had it tied at 23. Just couldn't close it out. I know it was a frustrating set, but they come out of Bloomington with a 3-1 win, with 2 beatdowns in set 1 and 2. Taking care of business from where I'm sitting. |

Yeah they kept fighting for sure and kudos to them for that but no offense to Indiana but they’re no Texas (I understand that your point is more about them tapping out in the game but my point is Texas just simply overwhelmed them which isn’t the case for Indiana). To just go a complete 180 from the second to the third like that is something that this team has been doing the last couple of years and it used to be attributed more to them being young and inexperienced but now that’s not the case and it can really hurt this team down the road. Consistency has been this team’s biggest weakness in my opinion. |

(rhetorical question - I know you have) What you call an issue with consistency I'd say is actually a team strength compared to almost any other B1G team. I get your point and personally a few days ago when I watched Michigan and Northwestern upset Penn State and Minnesota, my first reaction was I’ll take every win we can get. Just didn’t think we’d have trouble against Indiana and even more so after the way we played the first two sets. Tough slate of games coming up but all very winnable, just need to keep the foot on the gas from start to finish. |
