Orzol has been struggling of late. Struggling offensively, she's been very good defensively. It does appear to me that besides Smrek, Orzol is the one most affected by inconsistent setting. For Orzol being a "smaller" hitter, I do think it may be harder to adjust to setting variance vs others. Smrek's issues appear very different as I believe she needs to adjust her swing and keeps trying to swing the same regardless of set. I have been quite impressed with Ozrol's blocking as of late considering her size. She's been struggling offensively in that she's not getting as many kills and is getting blocked some, but she does a good job of recycling the ball or tipping it over into a spot that causes the other side to have to scramble somewhat. She's invaluable in giving our offense time to reset and transition. |

Originally I was going to write that I felt her error rate was too high given her conservative approach, but looking back, I see she has like one error per set, that really isn't an issue. I guess its just lack of kills which I do feel is related to inconsistent setting and that fact that the outsiders are being given every out of system ball as neither Smrek or Robinson are great out of system from right side. |

I wish our setters would see her when she's in the middle. I wish Smrek would see the single block or split block when she's hitting on the RS. She is so frustrating. |
