I like how Oregon plays very, very well when their backs are against the wall. It could be 16-21, and I'd bet on Oregon. Or 9-19 par exemple. Brooke is crazy competitive. Adding Hannah just puts the fight level over the top. Ducks up 2 sets to 1

Is it my imagination, or can the Utah announcers not identify any players for the Ducks?

Adding Hannah just puts the fight level over the top. So true. I would've said the same thing about WSU last year simply because of Hannah and Magda's cxn and competitiveness.

That collapse by the Utes was something.

Live stats just declared that Oregon won match point. Did they call the psychic hotline?

That collapse by the Utes was something. I see every team doing it against them, but that lollipop down the right sideline in the 2 hitter rotation was money. I wonder what the numbers are for that.

There's a Utah fan whose scream sounds shockingly close to a whistle.

Oregon opened up a lead but Utah with some transition kills and it's only 15-14.
And Mimi answers with 2 kills, Utah middle goes wide and 18-14

Strange set with each team alternating scoring runs.
Oregon has 61 kills in this match so far, and Utah has only 45. Both teams with 19 errors.

Robinson is so good at tooling the edges of blockers.

25-18, 3-1 Ducks bookend two tight sets with two easier wins.
Mimi ties career high with 25 kills, .408, 2 aces, 2 blocks, 9 digs Brooke double-double 14 kills, 11 digs (and 5 assists!) Mutiri 10 kills, .318 could be in PAC OPOW discussion this week Robey 9 kills, .316, 4 blocks Murphy 16 digs McClellan with another strong outing 16 digs, 2 aces, Agi an ace and some runs - those two have been really good in this winning streak. Queen Hannah 48 assists, 10 digs, .319 team HP

Oregon wins in SLC for the first time since 2017!! To be fair, it's only a two match steak. 2019 - only played in Eugene 2020 - COVID and Utah cancelled on us in Spring 2021 - lost And in the 2018 we only had 6 players (suspension weekend) and took the 4th set to deuce with a 5'2" DS playing 6 rotations. Oregon has traditionally done very well against Utah. That's why doing so poorly in 2021 against the Utes was a bit of a surprise.
