I get so annoyed by that fallacious narrative of "best conference must get top 4 seed" -- an argument that appeals to the mentally frail Disagreeing with someone's logic doesn't make their logic illogical. Imagine walking through the world and being like "Oh, I disagree with you, ergo you are ~* mentally frail *~." Btw, I also think it's a stupid narrative bc the post-season is what determines the best conference. But it is an illogical argument to say the best conference should automatically get a top 4 seed. Each team's resume is evaluated individually. This isn't the United Nations Security Council where the Big Ten gets a guaranteed permanent seat. |
