As the season nears an end in the Bob, appreciation post for Larry and Kathy. I’m obviously biased, but for Nebraska homers they sure do call a good match and are always fair to opposing teams. Thoroughly enjoy them.

I like what I've seen from Mendelson tonight. It's kind of refreshing to see something different, imo. Nice little change-up.  Also, I think there was some amount of pressure/expectation put on Lauenstein, to the point where she was expected to carry too much of the load. Not necessarily intentionally, but after some of Whit's earlier performances, there was some kind of pressure on her to perform. So it's nice to take some of that pressure off of her, in my opinion. |
