Jenaiysa Moore - Outside - Ohio State to Tennessee So Podraza to Penn State. Murr to Minnesota. Gonzalez to Oregon. Powell to Clemson. And now Moore to Tennessee. I guess that's all of them, then. I understand, but there's a part of me that wishes things could have been a bit different and Oldenburg could've had room for them. Congrats to all those schools for getting some quality players inbound.

However, I think it’s just weird that some of the Ohio State transfers will only be playing for one semester (or maybe getting their masters in a year) and weren’t willing to pay for one semester to stay at a program that they put a lot into, and put a lot into them. Just interesting. Not bashing or judging. But just a thought.

They get to have new experiences in a new city, make new friends/teammates, and make an impact for different programs. They also get to let their former teammates and incoming freshman have a shot to keep building on what they helped establish.

I don't think you're going to find many 22 year olds willing to shell out that kind of money just to stay at a school she likes. How often do you see a scholarship-level player give up her scholarship to transfer to another school as a walk-on? Next to never, I would guess. The money matters.

As a parent paying their daughter's tuition for college, it's 5 figures.
Take on student debt to play one semester? Let's put it this another way, would you be willing to pay their semester tuition for them to stay at their original school? For good old school spirit?

yes, I meant 5. Thanks for the correction, without which my post wouldn't have made as much sense.
