Because she sought after her ideal Grad School Program first. UNc had the academics she wanted and volleyball would be extra icing on the cake. She also has some connections to the girls. |

Onye Ofoegbu, UCIrvine to Oregon. I guess she didn't like the vibes in Pittsburgh. What vibes? She’s going to redshirt at Oregon. Pitt is not going to waste a scholarship on someone that’s not willing or healthy enough to play. |

Pitt is not going to waste a scholarship on someone that’s not willing or healthy enough to play. Oregon doesn’t have a fall ‘23 scholarship, but lots opening up winter quarter of ‘24 with all of their super-seniors. So a perfect fit for someone who may want a 2-year masters and seemingly only paying for one quarter. |
