Introducing a UH player at the service line, "Sophomore from Texas." Thanks. Helpful. Set point for South Dakota. Call is a touch on the court, but Williamson is challenging. Another fruitless touch challenge with these camera angles. besides that being just a bad challenge from Leanne.... i dont see where on earth they saw a touch... the ball was clear of both defenders (At the net and on the floor) hopefully that doesnt burn her in the fourth. I'm with you. I'm just telling you neither of the other failed touch challenges looked like it touched anyone, either. I winced as soon as she took out the challenge card. Not that I'm rooting for South Dakota, but I do root for a well called match, and it was easy to foresee that challenge not helping in that regard, as much as I hoped it would. |

SD seemed to come up to speed so to say, speed of the game wasn't affecting them. Will be very interesting to see what happens in the 4th. I don't know that I agree. I think it was less of coming up to speed and more of slowing UH's attack down with great serves and attacks during rallies. They also took a commanding early lead, which IMO was helpful. I meant their own defense, moving better, just playing. |

I don't know how appropriate it is to call UH scrappy when they're the favorite in this match, but UH is definitely playing scrappy in this 4th set.
